General Conditions of Sale Quel Pied!
Preamble
Quel Pied! is a luxury sandal brand based in the South of France, specializing in the handcrafting of unique and elegant sandals. Each pair is a work of art, designed to combine comfort and exceptional design.
Scope of Application
These T&Cs govern all sales made by Quel Pied!, whether online or at events. They are accessible at any time by our customers.
Products
The products offered by Quel Pied! are handmade, personalized and luxury sandals. Each creation is unique and has a specific name, reflecting its own history and inspiration.
Orders
Orders can be placed on our website or during special events. Order confirmation will be sent to the customer by email.
Price
The prices of the products offered by Quel Pied! are indicated in euros (€) and are displayed excluding taxes, given that Quel Pied! is subject to the VAT exemption regime according to article 293B of the CGI. Consequently, sales made by Quel Pied! are not subject to VAT. These prices therefore represent the total amount to be paid by the customer, excluding any delivery costs which, if applicable, will be clearly indicated before finalizing the order and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Quel Pied! reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.
Payment
Payment is due upon ordering. We accept various payment methods, detailed on our website and at the point of sale.
Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Quel Pied! strives to respect the delivery times indicated at the time of ordering.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a right of withdrawal, which he can exercise within fourteen days following receipt of the order.
Guarantees
Quel Pied! products are subject to legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.
Intellectual Property
The “Quel Pied!” brand as well as the associated logo, representing the singularity and excellence of our luxury sandals, are exclusively the property of Quel Pied!. These distinctive elements have been officially deposited and registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), guaranteeing their protection in accordance with French and international legislation on intellectual property rights.
All content published and made available, including, but not limited to, designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and their compilation and arrangement, are the property of Quel Pied! and are protected by copyright, trademark, design and/or other intellectual property rights laws.
Any use, reproduction, distribution, representation, modification, or exploitation in any form whatsoever of the registered trademarks “Quel Pied!” and its logo, without the prior written authorization of Quel Pied!, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement leading to legal proceedings and civil and/or criminal sanctions.
What a Foot! ensures that its creativity and originality are protected and encourages respect for intellectual property rights. We are committed to defending these rights to preserve the unique identity and innovative character of our creations.
Personal data
What a Foot! is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers in accordance with current legislation.
Litigation
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these General Terms and Conditions will be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing this, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.

What a Foot! reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time. The online version on our site is the only authentic one.
